In 2005 Luis received the MHI Community Lender of the Year Award for his cutting edge financing assistance for the Manufactured Housing Industry.

Under the leadership of Luis Vela, ARCS received the MHI Community Lender of the Year Award in 2006.

With Lou's guidance, Frankel Associates was able to close on a $87.5 Million apartment development in the prestigious Summerset neighborhood in Troy, MI 

$400 Million in loans were provided to Sun Communities, assisting in the development of 34 separate projects. One of our proudest accomplishments.
